OMG!!  I am in love with this monthly spread!!  How cute is this!!!  These date covers are from Plan to Plan (Etsy shop). I love the acorns!!! They are from a seasonal sticker book. (Happy Memory Planning, I believe). Those are for birthdays. One of these days my writing will be better and I'll post more "After the Pen" photos.
