Cookies, ice cream and donuts are my 3 biggest weaknesses. I keep saying I'm going to cut back and when I do, it doesn't last very long. I had started a fitness planner, but I wasn't keeping it up. I'm hoping with seeing a month at a time, I'll do better at staying on track. I'll post an "after" picture at the beginning of October. I used mostly stickers from the MAMBI Food sticker book . The letters are from a Recollections sticker book. I'm not sure where I got the washi that I used on the sides.
Well, as you can tell, cookies are my biggest weaknesses. 🍪🍪🙃
The 2nd week of each month, at work we celebrate anniversaries and birthdays with cookies and ice cream sandwiches.
