Doily Dress Card

I love this idea for making a dress from a doily and heart punch!  I saw this idea on Pinterest from Paper, Paws, Etc.  I used the new doilies from Stampin' Up!


Card Stock:  Pretty in Pink and Whisper White
Ink:  Pretty in Pink
Marker:  Pretty in Pink (dots around scallop oval) - #100045
Doilies: #129399
Punches: Heart, Word Window, Large Oval, Scalloped Oval
Stamp Set:  Teeny Tiny Wishes #115370 (w); #127802 (c)
Pearls: #119247
Background folder:  Perfect Polka Dots #117335
