I found the basic idea on Confessions of a Stamping Addict.
Card Stock: Bashful Blue, Night of Navy, Very Vanilla, and Basic Grey
Ink: Bashful Blue (sponging), Basic Grey (sponging towel bar and ends) and Night of Navy (stamping)
Stamp Set: Petite Pairs
Punches: Large Oval, Scallop Oval, Small Heart, 1/2" Circle, Scallop Square
Folder: Perfect Polka Dots
Stampin' Write Marker: Night of Navy
Adhesives: Sticky Strip, Dimensionals, Glue Dots and Snail
Cut all of your pieces first and be sure to sponge the edges of all of your pieces before adhering together.
Base: Bashful Blue 5 1/2" x 8 1/2"; scored at 4 1/4"
1st layer: Night of Navy; cut 1/8" smaller on on all 4 sides
2nd layer: Very Vanilla 4" x 5 1/4"; run through Perfect Polka Dot Folder
Towels: Bashful Blue - 1" x 3 1/2"; scored at 1 3/4" (run through Perfect Polka Dot folder); trim - cut 1" piece of card stock (from what ever color you choose for trim), insert into Scallop Square punch about 1/4". Attached trim to back of towel. Adhere the towel together with Sticky Strip
Towel Bar: Basic Grey 1/4" x 3 1/2"; Ends - 1 1/2" circle cut in half. Insert towel bar into towels, add a dimentional to each end of the towel bar and a small piece of a dimentional to the back of each End (1/2 circle)
Mr & Mrs: Using the Night of Navy marker, brush over the "Mr" and "Mrs" and stamp on Very Vanilla card stock, punch using the Small Heart Punch; Attach to towel using a glue dot
Best Wishes: Cut 1 Scallop Oval with Bashful Blue; using the Mat Pack, pierce a hole in each scallop. Stamp "Best Wishes" in Night of Navy onto Very Vanilla card stock, punch with Large Oval Punch; adhere with dimentionals.
