Shoebox Swap July 30, 2011

I attended a Stampin' Up! meeting this morning with my Upline.  We shared some ideas, had lunch, doorprizes and did a Shoebox Swap.  For those of you that don't know what that is, each attendee brings a finished card and enough supplies for all of the other attendees to make one themselves.  So, at the end of the meeting you'll have several card ideas to take home and get to use some products you may not have.  Some of the ladies also bring displays of some of the cards and other items they've made since the last meeting for us to see and take pictures of.

These are pictures of some of the things the ladies had on display:
(some of these products may no longer be available, but they are still great for generating ideas)

I love this technique!  So quick and easy!

I LOVE punch art cards, although I rarely make them. I seem to always be missing at least one of the needed punches.  :)

This is the same technique as the first card.

Simply Adorned Charms

Another Punch Art

I love this idea!  SO simple!

This would work with the small heart punch, as well.

I LOVE this!!  She is using this for her stamping supplies she takes to classes and swaps!  Isn't it awesome?? I can't wait to make one for myself!

These are the cards we each made in the Shoebox Swap

These cards are made with new stamps, papers, and/or embellishments from the new Stampin' Up! Idea Book and Catalog 2012-2013.  You can view, download or order by visiting the Stampin' Up! website.

This is one of my favorites.  Isn't he adorable??

From the new Family Reunion Set

The snowflakes are embossed.

I saw a few things today using this punch.  It is now on my Wish List!  So many possibilities!

Pinwheels are becoming very popular and very easy to make.

If you have any questions, please let me know!
