The eyes are 1 13/8", 1 1/4" and 1/2". I no longer have the card (I had made it for my granddaughter's b-day last year), so I'm not sure on the other measurements. If I did it again, I'd make the eyelashes thinner. His tie is one corner of a star punch. The top of his pants I used a ribbon punch. The background is a folder that I got from Hobby Lobby and ran through my Big Shot. Hope this helps.
