Niece Birthday Card

My niece's birthday is next week.  She lives in Florida, so I don't get to see her very often.  :(

Base:  Tempting Turquoise card stock
2nd Layer:  Daffodil Delight card stock
Top Layer:  Regal Rose card stock
Heart Background:  folder (purchased at Hobby Lobby) that I ran through the Big Shot.  I then brushed the Regal Rose ink pad over the top

Happy Birthday and Niece are from the Family Reunion stamp set.

Mama Bear Cards

I found this card idea on Dawn's Stamping Thoughts as well.  I love her site!!  I made these for my daughter's for Mother's Day this year along with a new pair of earrings that Madison, my oldest granddaughter helped me pick out.

This is Heather's card

This is Brittany's card:

Card Stock:

Chocolate Chip
Crumb Cake
Pretty in Pink
Basic Black
Whisper White
Real Red

Base:  Chocolate Chip - 4 3/4" by 11", scored at 5 1/2".  Using Framelits Heart Collection (next to largest size) - place tip of heart just barely over the fold line before running through the Big Shot.
Ears:  1 3/8" Circle Punch (brown); 1" Circle Punch (pink)
Eyes: 1" Circle Punch - Whisper White (2) and Crumb Cake (1 - cut in half)
          3/4" Circle Punch - Basic Black (2)
Nose: Large Oval Punch - Crumb Cake
          1" Circle Punch - Black
Tongue: 1/2" Circle Punch - Real Red

Use White Gel Pen for dot on nose and eyes.
I used Dimensionals to "pop up" his eye lids
Ribbon: 1/4" Pretty in Pink grosgrain

For the inside, I cut one heart from the 3rd largest in the Framelits Heart Collection using Whisper White.

Tractor Card

I made this card for my future son-in-law's birthday.

I got the inspiration from a variety of different cards.  I didn't have all of the punches required, so I had to improvise with what I had.  :)

Base:  Garden Green card stock
2nd layer:  Daffodil Delight card stock
Top layer - Whisper White card stock
Tractor:
Body:  Small Tag Punch
Seat:  Heart to Heart Punch (I had to trim it down a bit)
Smoke Stack:  Word Window Punch (cut in half)
Steering Wheel - petals from a flower punch
Big Tire: Button sizzlet (black), 1" circle punch (green)
Small Tire: 3/4" circle punch (black), 1/2" circle punch (green)

"Happy Birthday" - Family Phrases stamp set
Sky and grass are sponged in Bashful Blue and Garden Green

Punch art cards are becoming my favorite to make.
